Last updated May 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Periscope, provided by Periscope, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Periscope. If you use Periscope on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The service
Periscope locates your personal information on data broker websites and submits opt-out and deletion requests on your behalf, monitors for re-listings and new exposures, and alerts you to relevant changes. The specific features available depend on your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. The information you supply (name, addresses, date of birth, etc.) must be your own and accurate — we use it to identify your records, and inaccurate information will reduce the effectiveness of removals.
Subscriptions & billing
- Periscope is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as you select.
- Eligible plans include a free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases as described at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
Authorization to act as your agent
By completing onboarding, you authorize Periscope to act as your authorized agent to submit opt-out, deletion, and do-not-sell requests to data brokers and similar third parties on your behalf, and to take reasonable steps to verify and complete those requests. You may revoke this authorization by deleting your account, after which we will stop submitting new requests on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Periscope to submit requests on behalf of anyone other than yourself or someone you are legally authorized to represent.
- Provide false, misleading, or stolen identity information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
